We weren’t fooled for a minute by Patricia’s impressive-sounding Cape Town University Masters in Transnational Criminal justice, International Law and Economic Crimes degree which was, as we suspected, an excuse to live in Cape Town. Still, it does demonstrate solid skills in research and enterprise, which we like. Patricia has experience of various financing transactions with a focus on project finance, working as part of a team advising both sponsors, lenders and other participants.

Our Cape Town Resource has been involved in the sale/lease of commercial projects and has handled syndicated loan arrangements for major banks and financial institutions in Kenya. Clients love her because she always adds her personal touch to each transaction, and it is evident that she invests time in understanding her clients’ needs before advising them accordingly.
